Today I had:
2- 5 layer burritos from taco bell
1- open faced peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich

Had a very busy and hectic day, so really just didn't have time to stop and eat much. Was too tired by the time I was home for making dinner.

I did wiegh myself this morning, rather surprised considering the last few times I've wieghed myself....241.

Well, my hubby and I decided that we would start dieting again. Over the holidays I gained 8 pounds. We start last monday and I weighed in at 258 lbs. Not good. We are doing the "body type" diet. It's actually been really easy. It also helps when we are both the same type, T-Type. Tomorrow will be our 1st week weigh-in. I'm already feeling better. Every morning I was waking up feeling bloated, my face was puffy. Not happening now. My hopes is that I lost at least the eight lbs. that I gained, and maybe even be in the 240's. Haven't been there in a long time.

I guess it has been quite a while since I posted, 4 or more months, wow. I kind of got depressed about not getting anywhere. Seems to happen to me alot. But anyways, I'm happy to report that I am down to 250 lbs. Wow, that's 7 lbs. I think what has helped it taking my thyroid meds in the evening. You see, you have to have an empty stomach for at least 2 hours, take the pill, then wait for an hour to eat. When I started realizing how much snacking I was doing at night, I thought I would try taking it at night. It also helps me to be able to eat breakfast at a decent hour. I don't have to wait, which meant if I had to be somewhere early, I had to get up extra early in order to eat breakfast before I left. If I didn't have time to eat, sometimes it wouldn't be till after noon till I ate. And then I would be snacking all afternoon and evening. Hope I continue to loose......

Do I even want to say how much I weigh? No! But that is what this blog is about, me being truthful about my weight and trying to see where it is I'm failing in, besides the obvious, FOOD.
Weigh in today is 257 lbs. Same as before.

Breakfast:
chocolate zuchinni muffin
coffee

lots of water

Lunch:
2 hamberger patties
2 slices of cheese

Dinner:
White Chili

Dessert:
Mocha Frappachino

I don't even want to talk about my eating habits the last three days. I went on an overnight trip to Milwaukee with family, and we were not thinking of dieting on this trip. Have you noticed how hard it is to diet in the summer when there is all kinds of things going on. I guess you just have to say no to everything. This is just becoming so discouraging to me. My daughter is getting married in 9 weeks, at this rate, I'm not going to loose anything. I was really hoping to loose at least 20 lbs before the wedding, then maybe another by Christmas. I'm going to write down everything that I eat for today, and maybe for a few day if I remember.,...
Breakfast:
chocolate zuchinni muffin (made with flax seed and whole wheat flour)
hard boiled egg
coffee with creamer

Lunch:
chicken fajita salad
ice tea

Snack:
strawberry chocolate chip ice cream

Dinner:
Double hamberger with ketchup and mustard
grilled veggies: purple cabbage, zuchinni, onions, mushrooms
cherry juice

Exercise:
weights- upper body

Lunch
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's kiss

Afternoon Tea
The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chip topping

Dinner
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza
3 Snickers Bar

Late Night Snack
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)
